Ireland issues updated VAT guidance on accommodation and food services
Irish Revenue has published updated VAT guidance for the hospitality sector, covering restaurant, catering, and accommodation services. The guidance also introduces a 9% VAT rate on restaurant and catering services effective July 1, 2026.
B2B e-invoicing roll-out will begin in 2028
