UAE releases updated E-Invoicing Guidelines

The Ministry of Finance extends ASP appointment deadline for large businesses
On May 10, 2026, the Ministry of Finance announced amendments to Ministerial Decision No. 244 of 2025, extending the deadline for large businesses to appoint an Accredited Service Provider (ASP) from July 31, 2026 to October 30, 2026.
The Ministry of Finance published e-invoicing guidelines
On February 23, 2026, the Ministry of Finance published the electronic invoicing guidelines, clarifying on key aspects of the upcoming implementation of the e-invoicing and -reporting obligations.
